Despite being 30 years old, contracted rent comparable to new buildings
Dai-ichi Life Insurance has decided to postpone the rebuilding of DN Tower 21 for the time being, taking into account environmental considerations, among other factors. Instead, it will renovate the majority of the building and lease it out. Despite the building being 30 years old, it achieved roughly the same rent as that of newly constructed buildings.
